Swan Returns and Refund Policy
At Swan, we understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to help. Our return policy is designed with simplicity and transparency in mind.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, only new, unused, and uninstalled items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. All returns must include the original packaging, along with all parts and accessories.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, cancellation, or exchange, please contact us at cs@swantoilets.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.
Return Costs and Restocking Fees
- A 10% restocking fee of the original (pre-discounted) product price applies to all returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs exceeding $50.
- Return requests beyond the 30-day window cannot be processed.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any damages, inform us immediately to arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
- Freight damages must be reported within 3 days (LTL) or 30 days (small parcel) for claims to be honored.
Cancellations
- Orders canceled before shipping are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable credit card processing fees (up to 3%).
- For orders canceled after shipping, a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs exceeding $50 will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the returned item in resealable condition.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your order:
- The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs exceeding $50 for exchanges.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to exchanged items.
Important Notes
- Products purchased for temporary or one-time use (e.g., trade shows, promotions) are not eligible for returns.
- Swan is not responsible for damages or losses incurred during return shipping. We recommend insuring your shipment with the carrier.
