Five-Year Limited Warranty
Swan Co. warrants its smart toilets, bidets, and cleansing attachments (“Products”) to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to Swan products purchased and installed in the United States and Canada.
Swan Co. will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustments where inspection discloses a defect in normal usage. Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation is not covered. Proof of purchase is required.
Swan Co. is not responsible for removal, installation, labor, shipping, or incidental costs. In no event shall liability exceed the purchase price.
If used commercially or outside the Coverage Area, a one (1) year warranty applies.
